The East Hants Gentlemen's Hockey League is comprised of ten teams for the 2005/2006 season. Teams competing for this season's title are the Benere Contracting Sabres, Bitar's Pizza & Grill Bruins, Caldwell Roach Insurance Kings, Davies Plumbing Millionaires, Elmsdale Dental Knockouts, Mark Currie Painting No Stars, Old Timers, Pro Cresting, Airport Petro-Can Raiders and Tremco. The League operations from the East Hants Sportsplex in Lantz, Nova Scotia. Games are played on Sunday and Tuesday evenings. The teams play a twenty-two (22) game schedule. All teams advance from the regular season schedule into the playoff round based upon their final standings. The league holds a final championship weekend. All teams will be playing during this weekend for position. The main games are the two semi-final games on Friday evening and the Championship game on Saturday afternoon.
