The League is administered by the League Governor/President and a slate of team representatives.  In addition the League has a Statistician who is responsible for the recording the statistics of the league's action and reporting this to the local media and to the webmaster for publishing on this website.

The League is designed for players aged thirty (30) and over and plays under the Gentlemen's Hockey rules (non contact and no slapshots).  The league operates out of the East Hants Sportsplex with games on Tuesday and Sunday evenings.

Currently the league consists of ten teams who battle throughout the season for the Annual title.
